Gary L Hightower, Senior Pastor Gary L. Hightower, the Founder and Senior Pastor of Covenant Blessings Christian Center, was raised in Ohio where he excelled in athletics and academics. He attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he studied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The Academy was very instrumental in helping him develop the discipline and excellence necessary for ministry. He gave his life to the Lord and was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1989. In early 1994, he was licensed into the ministry and ordained in 1997. He holds a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry from Shalom Bible College and Seminary. His heart is to teach the people of the realization of who they are in Christ so that they may live in true freedom and liberty, and walk in the abundant life that Christ has offered. He preaches and teaches with revelation knowledge and has been called to help usher in the Glory of God.

Deborah Hightower, Co-Pastor Deborah Hightower (Dee) is the Co-Pastor of Covenant Blessing Christian Center in Bethlehem, Georgia. She serves alongside her husband, Gary L. Hightower as a pastoral component of a God-Ordained, Powerful, Anointed ministry of Worship and Deliverance. Pastor Dee and her husband Gary share 4 children and 5 grandchildren, who light up their life. Pastor Dee was born and raised in Alabama, and accepted Jesus Christ in her early teen years under the leadership of Apostle W. T. Traylor, Founder and Apostle of New Covenant Ministries of the World, International. In her young stages of life, the “Pentecostal Experience” and the stern teachings of her Apostle helped her become disciplined in the study of the word, church attendance, and loyalty to God and to grow into a mature woman. She moved to Lawrenceville Georgia in 1998 and upon the direction of the Holy Spirit the fellowship of Covenant Blessings Christian Center was born. Eventually with much prayer and supplication she accepted the call of Ministry on June 4, 2000 and was ordained on February 17, 2002. God has blessed Pastor Dee with a wonderful anointed husband, which was intricate in teaching her the importance of Worship and knowing her “True Identity” in Christ. Together they work in harmony to release people into their God given purpose through a powerful Worship Experience, Uncompromising Truth of the Word of God, and by exemplifying Excellence in their everyday lifestyle. As you listen to her minister in word, Pastor Dee preaches with enthusiasm, power and passion. She is a spirit-filled, devoted, passionate worshipper because of her love for God and how he has delivered and walked her through some most difficult obstacles in her life. These experiences have been the breeding ground to help her easily relate to others on her job, at the marketplace, and whenever she speaks at conferences throughout. With the Love of God, and a clear understanding of who she is in Christ, and following the purpose and plans of God for her life; the Lord has given Pastor Dee a heart to listen and admonish the broken hearted and to encourage them to step out on faith as they strive to reach their Destiny in God. She is the Coordinator for the Women’s’ ministry, “More Precious Jewels “at CBCC. This ministry is designed to embrace, nurture, and propel women into their “Royal Position” in the Kingdom of God. She also established the Food and Clothing Ministry at CBCC which has helped numerous people throughout the Barrow county area. Pastor Dee holds and Associate Degree in Business and is in the process of pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Christian Education.
